Small businesses and SMEs play a key role in the European economy and account for 99% of all businesses in the EU. The analyzed company has a small number of employees and a small product portfolio. The paper presents a model to study the technical-economic factors in order to develop it by expanding the product nomenclature and, accordingly, by the necessary investments.
