This research paper aims to highlight the current state of development of the equipment for microhole processing by ultrasonic assisted hybrid EDM. The focus was on the comparative analysis of the constructive features of similar equipments in the market and on the improvement of the adaptability and performances of the model designed within the team. The remodeling and simulation of the chosen variant along with the production drawings and the estimated financial analysis were other important objectives for manufacturing preparation
