The main objective of the paper is to help a medium-sized company to improve its supply and production processes to meet the demands of the increasingly demanding customers. In order to achive it, we used process-based approach, one of the seven quality management principles, along with the mapping of the organization’s processes using flow charts and the improving of the existing forms or creating new, more suitable forms.
