The paper presents a case study developed in the enterprise Prysmian Cables & Systems from Slatina. The project aim has been to define and implement a continuous improvement project in order to standardize the nonconformities management process and the associated responsibilities. The root causes have been identified and then series of necessary actions have been implemented aiming to definitely solve them.
